The Level 1: Empowering Fundamentals workbook begins with defining empowering. It will take you through the five sources of power that are used to influence others. This workbook also introduces and helps you develop your Empowering Compass. You will begin to understand and demonstrate a connection to limitations and security when empowering others. The five most common limiting beliefs are covered along with an exercises intended to guide you through correcting those limiting beliefs. The three elements of empowered relationships are introduced showing you how to incorporate each element into the empowering process.
Empowering With Purpose: Level 2: Empowering Competencies
The Level 2: Empowering Competencies workbook moves you through the process of creating a compelling vision that is inspiring and motivating. The clearer your vision the more focused you can be. The habits you have and the habits you need to have are covered in an exercise that will encourage you to recognize opportunities, roadblocks, and self-imposed negative thinking. You will identify five resources that determine your empowering success. This workbook introduces you to the Action Board Exercise where you will relate each action you take to one of Newton’s 3 Laws of Motion.
Empowering With Purpose: Level 3: Empowering Mastery
The Level 3: Empowering Mastery workbook is where you will use everything you’ve learned In Level 1 to build the “Learning Environment.” You will learn the difference between systems or people by incorporating the eight ways to being mindful. This workbook covers the role of trust and how you can use it as a vital aspect when you empower others. You will also complete an exercise that shows you how to make empowering decisions and become an empowering leader by enlisting shared goals. Learn how The Feedback Loop works to ensure others see you as an empowering leader.
