Dear Santa, I have been a good girl this year. I finished my projects on time. I put together a great team. I worked hard to fulfill my dream. Even though I am no longer 6, there are still a few things I would like to find under the tree for me this year.
  • Information. I want to have what I need to know for my success and the success of everyone on my team. Please make it information that is useful and not full of junk.
  • Attention. I want to attract the attention of people who will appreciate my message. Please bring them in time for more success.
  • Responsibility without conflict. I don’t mind responsibility but could you please reduce, or better yet, eliminate the conflict?
  • A safe place. I am a strong, independent woman who is capable of taking care of business. I would, however, love a place where I can kick off my shoes, sit back with a root beer and share with someone who is nonjudgmental, listens well, and simply nods her head.
  • Running shoes. Yes, I want to exercise more than just my fingers on the keyboard.
  • Prayer without ceasing. Help me to continue asking for what I want and need without tiring or becoming frustrated.
  • And last but not least, BIG profits! I want to support other women who depend on my business and who need my message. I want to support the charities that are dear to my heart. And yes, I want to save up for a rainy day!
From regional manager to international executive with quadruple the pay, Karen Keller’s unique blueprint carefully outlined the step-by-step process for creating high-impact influence and let me know when I was being influenced in a way that didn’t serve me.
